General terms and conditions and house rules

Inova is for adults only.

If you wish to receive guests, you must inform the host or hostess in advance.

The reservation can be made via booking.com or our e-mail. After receiving your reservation we will send you a confirmation and then your reservation will be final. The balance of your booking must be paid one week before arrival.

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM/3:00 PM until 5:00 PM/5:00 PM. A different time can be agreed in consultation with the host/hostess. Check-in is preferably done before 9:00 PM/21:00.

To check in, please report to the main door at the right side of the house at Trekschurenstraat 92.

At least one day before arrival you need to indicate what time you expect to arrive and call the host or hostess on the day itself 30 minutes before arrival. 

Check-out is possible between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Depending on the occupancy, a different check-out time may apply in consultation with (and after permission from) the host or hostess. However, the guideline remains 10:00 am.

The price includes water, electricity, heating, VAT, free use of TV, WIFI and free parking on the grounds of Inova Home.

The rates do not include the travel insurance or other costs. All statements on our website are deemed to have been provided in good faith. Inova Home is not bound by apparent errors on its website. 

When you book for less than one week you can cancel free up to 24 hours before arrival.

When you book for longer than a week you can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival. 

Upon arrival you will receive a code and the key from the host or hostess intended for your stay. The code is for opening the entrance door of the house and the key is for your private room. You must ensure that you lock the doors of your room and turn off the lighting. When checking out, please return the key to the host or hostess.

If you lose your key Inova Home will charge you €100.

Cleaning the room before your arrival is included in the price. If you stay longer than a week, the cleaning will be repeated once a week on Friday afternoon. Your room should then be tidy and free.

Clean bed sheets and towels are included in the price. If you stay longer than a week, the towels and bed linen will be replaced once a week on Friday afternoon. Your room should then be tidy and free. 

It is not allowed to sleep on the beds in the rooms without sheets and pillowcases.

In the event that non-removable stains occur in the mattress, bedspread and decorative pillows or towels during the overnight stay, Inova Home will charge the customer for the resulting cleaning costs and/or costs to replace the materials.

You can park your car for free in the designated parking spots. If the parking lot is full, the host or hostess will show you another place in the yard to park. Parking is only permitted for the duration of the stay at Inova Home. You can also park your bicycle for free in the bicycle shed provided for this purpose. Parking on site at Inova Home is at your own risk. Inova Home is not liable for theft and/or any form of damage.

The common kitchen, Livingroom and terrace can be used by all guests. These areas must always be cleaned up after use and you may never prevent other guests from also using them.

We ask our guests to take be silent in the entrance and the hall- and stairway and not to make noise after 10 p.m./22:00 until 7 a.m. in the morning in your private room and the common areas.

You can dispose of rubbish in the appropriate garbage cans or waste containers. You may leave empty glassware or plastic, which the host or hostess will clean up for you due to waste separation.

Pets are not allowed.

At Inova Home, smoking is prohibited in the accommodations and general areas. You can smoke on the terrace, provided it does not bother others and safety is not jeopardized. When smoking outside, the doors and windows of the accommodation must be closed. The terrace must remain free of cigarette butts. Butts must therefore be left in the ashtr. The misuse of fire/extinguishing agents or disabling the smoke detector is not permitted.

Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so enjoy, but drink in moderation. It is strictly prohibited at Inova Home to possess, use and/or trade drugs. Police are always called.

Inova Home offers a WIFI guest network. The user will refrain from visiting internet websites that are unlawful in nature or that are inconsistent with the reputation of Inova Home as a provider of accommodation. In the event of discovery or suspicion of nuisance from third parties and/or (other) internet abuse by the user, Inova Home has the right to block access to the internet without further notice.

In case of fire you must follow the instructions as indicated in the accompanying document and evacuation plan.

Inova Home is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that you experience during your stay at Inova Home. If damage is caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, you must inform the host or hostess. Any costs to get it back to its original condition will be charged. You will be charged for cleaning or replacing floors, linen, furniture or interior due to stains caused by falls or bumps. The manager of the Inova Home is not liable for loss of personal property and personal injury.

We do our utmost to offer our guests a carefree stay. If, despite our good care, there is a complaint, we would like to hear it on the spot so that we can resolve it immediately.
